An exciting way to start this article!

The iconic Fred Perry brand has launched a new adaptive shirt, based on their original M3600. It has two magnetic fastenings instead of the usual buttons, for ease of dressing, especially for those with low dexterity and other accessibility needs.

Same shirt, but adapted for everyone to wear!

We’ve said previously that community is becoming more and more important, and Instagram is noticing this with the new launch of unlockable reels. This allows creators to share special codes with their audience so they can access exclusive content, creating buzz and excitement around their followers.

This could be a fun addition to a campaign or product launch, brands, listen up!

We’re not crying, you are.

TikTok has finally released an alt text option to add to their image-based posts. As per TikTok: “We see accessibility not just as a responsibility, but as an opportunity to innovate and foster a more inclusive platform for our global community” 🙌.

If your brand is not thinking about accessibility, what are you waiting for?!

Stylist Magazine – A Dress for Every Body

DressMagazine cover showcasing women of different backgrounds and intersectionalities modelling a rainbow of dresses. Text reads: "A Dress for Every Body. From strapless to slip, prairie to puff sleeve, extrovert to introvert, we have a dress for you."

The fashion publication released an exciting project last week featuring 50 different women showing the top 50 dresses for this season. And let me tell you, they weren’t lying when they said “a dress for every body”. They featured women of all sizes, ages, races, shapes, and disabilities, including some amazing models from Zebedee Talent.

This is what we want to see in the fashion industry!

TikTok Introduces Meditation Prompts

Now, this is interesting..

We know how you can easily end up scrolling for hours on TikTok, but what would happen if the app prompted you to take a break and meditate? That’s their latest feature that they’re starting to roll out in different countries. The Meditation in Sleep Hours will be available for all users, but for teens, it will be automatically added after 10pm if they’re on the app.

Even though this is a great addition to the platform, it would be even better to see a prompt that actually makes users take a break and put their phones away.

Whenever we see one of these narrator voice overs, our minds go straight to The Holiday, so we’re obviously big fans of this.

The trend not only makes your content more entertaining, but more prone to engagement as well. We loved this one from Gemma Adby in collaboration with Aveeno, a great idea for a campaign.

Campaign Spotlight: ASICS

Campaigns based on insights are always so much better 😉.

For this one, ASICS found out that “dog owners are far more likely to meet recommended physical activity guidelines and have a much higher mood”. After this, it was a no brainer to sign their newest brand ambassador, Felix, a friendly samoyed. One of the many influencers taking millions out on a walk every day.
