Campaign Objectives

The focus of the #TapToTravel campaign with Transreport was to showcase the Passenger Assistance App as THE easiest way for disabled passengers to confidently travel from A to B. Travel is still a barrier for the disabled community, with many individuals still lacking the confidence to do so. This campaign aimed to authentically showcase the simplicity, and benefits of travelling with the Passenger Assistance app; driving brand awareness and encouraging individuals to download the app.

Solution

We enlisted Disability Influencers to create video focused content - across Instagram Reels, Stories and TikTok - to showcase and demonstrate their authentic experience using the app and how it has positively impacted their lives and travel experiences. The influencers firstly shared the content organically on their social platforms, then we used paid media amplification to reach a wider audience through Facebook and Instagram, targeting core audiences. 
We found that all of our influencers were very passionate about spreading the message and sentiment of the campaign, which resulted in a high percentage of additional content.
